I am Nilson Solla, CEO of the Padok group, and everyone in the political and business world knows me as Padok, the name of the first company I created in the group. Today, after more than 30 years working in public and private management, providing consulting services to companies, I have achieved the balance needed to bring peace of mind to negotiations, especially those involving large sums of money. I am good-humored, have a strong personality, enjoy a good whiskey, am a hobby cook, captain of boats, real estate agent, movie buff and self-taught in several subjects for professional interest and others out of pure curiosity. As a businessman and human being, I seek to combine everything that can contribute to the success of a negotiation. I am a prospector of business and new projects, always on the lookout for new developments that enable changes and improvements in everything I am a part of. Hello everyone! My name is Dé Vansan, I am the CFO at Padok Group. I was born in Marília-SP and have always been fascinated by financial management. My professional journey began in 2004 with the opening of the company AD.V Padok. Along the way, I had the opportunity to learn more about accounting management of a company. In my current role, I am responsible for managing the financial sector and people management. One of the things I value most about my job is organization and commitment. My main skills include empathy and resilience. In addition, I am passionate about cinema, photography and music. Thank you for being here. Hi, I'm Joy Castro, and I'm excited to share a little bit about who I am and what motivates me. I'm the CCO of the Padok Group, but above all, I'm a movie, travel, and fine dining enthusiast. I've been working for the Padok Group since 2011, starting as a sales assistant and working my way up to become a partner in the group. My main responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, managing purchases, and supporting the legal department, as well as participating in bids. I firmly believe in dedication. For me, life is about meaningful experiences, continuous learning, and hard work, so I try to incorporate that into every aspect of my journey. I'm Vitor Solla, I was born and raised in Jundiaí-SP. I've always had an interest in technology and mathematics. I've been the CTO of the Padok group since 2021. I'm studying Civil Engineering at PUC-Campinas, but I've also been responsible for coordinating some construction, renovations, and painting services. I also finished high school in Houston-USA. My skills include adaptability and effective communication. I'm always looking to improve my skills. Outside of work, I love checking out curiosities about the world on the internet, I listen to music very regularly, and I really like movies in general, especially when it comes to how they're made and the entire process behind a film production.
